I cleared the technical round at Tech Mahindra last Friday, which is September 15, 2023, and on the same day, I got a mail from HR saying that we would proceed with background verification. They have requested that I upload company details, a PF account, and some kind of KYC, but unfortunately, my company does not have any Form 16 or a PF account, so I have shared a 3-month bank statement along with 6-month salary screenshots and company details. Still, I haven't gotten any response from HR.

It will be almost 4 yrs I joined the organization as a fresher but now I am very much depressed intact I get suicidal thoughts because I am trying outside but not getting any positive responses sometimes it's the notice period problem or the suitability. It is affecting my mental health that I am in the same organization since the start. Please give me some motivation, few months have been very difficult for me I don't know what to do.
