    Pros

Nice working environment and Fun and creative community

    Cons

Management can be detached from the crew. The style choices and infrastructure may feel limiting at times. Their remote location makes the commute a challenge.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the arts' reviews of your supervisors. If the supervisor continues to have a problem with more experienced artists, again and again, it's time to make adjustments with that sup.

    Interview

Met through university recruiting. Was contacted later for a phone interview with the Head of Technical Direction as well as the Head of Research and Engineering. This was before COVID, so I was flown in to have interviews with several teams. They asked me questions about my experience as well as the occasional technical question. Afterwards, was contacted by HR with an offer.
