Brandt is definitely keeping up with this new world we live in, the first interview was done as one way video interview. Your asked a question and you have to record yourself answering it and those recordings are sent to head office for review.InterviewThe hardest question was “tell me about yourself” and you need to speak for close to 2 minutes. It’s very hard to talk about yourself for that long when you don’t have someone to volley with.
