    I applied online. I interviewed at Brinks Home Security.

    Interview

    I was contacted by one of the Managers due to my resume posting. The initial screening went well with the Manager. We discussed salary and she emailed me the benefits information. She asked that I meet with her team because "she trusted them to make decisions for her". I could tell by the first few minutes into the face to face interview that I wouldn't be hired. The guy interviewing me read from a script and had very little experience in asking behavioral interviewing questions. In the meantime, the Human resource business partner continuously checked her phone and read text messages. When she wasn't reading her text messages, she just stared at me. I think she may have asked 2 questions throughout the entire 45 minute interview. I waited 5 days before i decided to reach out for followup. I contacted the same manager who initially interviewed me and she just said they decided to move forward with other candidates. After reviewing the profiles of the existing Brinks recruiting team, I realized why things didn't go well. Wrong pigmentation and age.. The person interviewing me had one year of experience. I have 10 years of experience.
