I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bristol-Myers Squibb (Mumbai) in May 2011.
Interview
First the Regional Sales manager took the interview, then National Sales Manager and finally the HR. It was all very good. They made me feel comfortable and made me express comfortably. They had a variety of questions and gave the platform to convey regarding the skills and experience. I got 2 weeks to join the company.
