    Customer Service Specialist Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at British Airways (Gurgaon, Haryana) in February 2020.

    Interview

There are 3 rounds and after waiting for 5 hours HR will send the response to the consultant. Appearing for British Airways is a total waste of time. Don't celebrate till you receive an offer letter in writing. HR team doesn't synchronized with each other. One of HR stated that the candidate is selected and the other HR person declines your application (even if that HR is not in present in your interview). They just waste the time of candidates.

    Interview Questions

    • GD: Talk about beaches in other countries.
Analytics: General Mathematics and 5-7 questions related with Logical reasoning.
      HR: Generic questions.   Answer Question

Company Updates

  • We’re celebrating winning a hat trick at the UK’s leading apprenticeship awards. Our apprentices voted us one of the top employers in the country – and two of our current students won individual awards for their outstanding achievements. At last night’s Rate My Apprenticeship Awards ceremony in London, Heathrow Operations Agent Shannon Mitchell won the Outstanding Intermediate Apprentice (Level 2) award. And T3 Lead Customer Service Representative Abigail Roberts scooped the Outstanding Advanced Apprentice (Level 3) gong. This is the first year we have been involved in the awards, and we also triumphed in the Employer Awards category. Based entirely on our students’ ratings of their experiences with us, we won a place in the top 100, entering the table at number 58. The Employer Awards recognise and reward excellence amongst employers who offer apprenticeships and school leaver opportunities across the UK.
