Pros

Remote first culture, a lot of empathetic and caring employees, opportunity to travel globally for company retreats, 4 day workweek, good work life balance.

Cons

- Typical founder-CEO problems. The CEO has never led a bigger company, has minimal other industry experience, and didn’t bring in or encourage new viewpoints (execs were mostly promoted from within)

Advice to Management

Bring in experienced senior leaders, and root out the toxic positivity so that there can be honest and open discussions about the business and the culture.

    Interview

I had a few rounds of interviews, and was offered an interview with the manager -- I was very excited to make it this far. Day of the interview, I received a cancelation and they decided to go with another candidate to my dismay.
