    I have been working at CES (India) full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    * Place to learn and adopt to new technologies.
    * Cab provided for transport.
    * New projects have come and developing drastically, so its welcoming job seekers.

    Cons

    * Comfortable timings for many as there will be no traffic during these timings (1 PM to 10 PM) - but for married women having kids, it wont be comfortable.
    *Company located in Navalur location.

    Advice to Management

    Glad that company is blooming with new projects. So have long vision in bringing in business and employees.

    Application

    I applied through college or university. I interviewed at CES (India).

    Interview

    Issued offer letters and asked us to enroll for British Council courses. After 3 months of working on company's project and also joining British Council for some thousands of rupees, they retrieved the offer letter and refused to issue call letters. The company is very bad at estimating its human resource and revenue requirements. At lost we lost time, job and money. Not a trust worthy company.
