    Outbound Sales Representative Interview

    Interview

Although it was an extremely lengthy process. It was by far the most interviewing experience you can get. The first "interview" was online and recorded on your own. Then a phone interview with a guy from HR. After that I visited the office for an interview and they told me if they thought I would be a good fit they would call me in for a follow-up. I got another call and had a final visit/shadow. The interviews are very focused towards situational / response questions. (Tell me about a time when...) Not having too much experience, I really struggled but it definitely helped me in future interviews.

Overall it was very insightful and was walked through the process very well. Unfortunately they experienced very low turnover and were unable to give me an offer.
