I worked at CareGuide full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very data-driven and at times they are willing to open the door for opportunities, extremely intelligent colleagues

    Cons

Not willing to listen to sound ideas from anyone not in a C-suite position, impactful designs or product updates are placed on the back-burner for anything marketing related every time. Constantly putting the executive team first, even at the expense of tenured and skilled employees.

    Advice to Management

Listen to everyone, really listen, some great ideas don't stem from management, and not all ideas from management are great.

    Marketing Manager Interview

    Negative Experience

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at CareGuide.

    Interview

Disorganized hiring process - HR canceled screening call at the time of the call with no explanation and then rescheduled twice and canceled both calls again. They then sent a rude email when I could not accommodate their times. All around negative experience, for the better judging by their glassdoor!

Why more startups turning to equity crowdfunding

When CareGuide founder John Philip Green set out to raise the first outside capital for his network of websites, his goal was $500,000 (U.S.). He ended up raising more than $1.5-million after seeking equity through the popular U.S.-based crowdfunding portal, AngelList.
