I have been working at Children's Health part-time

    Pros

Flexible hours Good pay Adequate PTO Friendly environment Great management

    Cons

At times it seems like they were understaffed. The interview/hiring/training process is long. The stress sometimes is hard and they don't acknowledge hard work.

    Advice to Management

Keep pushing but do so in a caring manner. Ask current employees for referrals to fill positions. Be consistent.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Children's Health in July 2015.

    Interview

I had my first interview with the Director of the Dept, Team Lead And the Trainer. It went great it started off VERY bussiness like, But by the time it was over we were all laughing and sharing personal things about our selves. I was offered the position by HR before i pulled out if the parking lot!
