couldn't think of anything at all
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cisco Systems (Bengaluru).
I got the chance to talk to all the people in team and it was a good experience . I got positive feedback on the calls from each one of them respectively but I am really disappointed with HR team . Cisco is such a big brand name and we as aspiring candidates expect better treatment from recruitment team .I understand that many people apply for same position and they might have got better person but atleast hR/recruiter can inform the same to other candidates . How much time it takes to send an email .
Inspite of my regular follow ups , I never got a direct answer . One day they told me that they my feedback is positive and they will come up with next steps of background verification , other day they said that panel is yet to provide feedback , then next day they were like we will call you back .
They should understand that candidate's time is equally important as theirs .
Overall it was a bad experience from HR side but all the team members were very good.
