Interview
Very regimented. Panel interview with now personal feedback and standardized questions. Very stress inducing. You will need to practice on this format. I was interviewed by people who were not qualified to do the job at hand. I felt like they already had an internal choice. They were interviewing me to follow a procedure. In my second interview, one of the interviewers was clearly working on something else. It was so clear he wasn't listening to me that it was unnerving. I think internal candidates always are favored regardless of qualifications. My interviewers (working in the department and doing the job I was applying for) were not up to speed on the best way to do the jobs at hand.InterviewWhat makes you the perfect candidate for this position?
