I completed two rounds of interviews, and both went well. I received positive feedback, but despite clearing these rounds, I haven't heard from HR since. After numerous follow-up calls, HR informed me that they are waiting for the Hiring Manager's approval. It has been around 10-15 days now, and there has been no response from them. It feels like my time, and possibly the time of many other candidates like me, has been wasted.InterviewBasic of react and backend db design.
