I have been working at Compuware full-time (More than a year)
Pros
Not that I can think of quickly
Cons
Too much focus on APM with little growth prospects - total revenue is miniscule with lacklustre average deal size
APM revenue is overly dependent on a few customers - sooner or later, the customers will get smart and dump Compuware and it will be the end (at least it will be quick)
The revenue is not sufficient to sustain the number of employees and infrastructure
Major mainframe revenue is quickly depleting with no rescue plan in sight.
Advice to Management
Seriously consider buyout offers while there are still options
Being privately held will weed out the non-performers as current leadership is incompetent
Company behaves like an old-school mom-and-pop shop including archaic finance and sales processes led by impassive employees

Application
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Compuware.
Interview
Interviewed with two managers who asked various sales related questions. They were interested in how my skills could increase revenues and retain current clients. Was told I will hear back in 2-3 weeks on next steps if any.
