Best community in a team in the pentesting area.
    Strong technical background.
Lots of opportunity if you work in your own time as well.
    Could always climb.
    Free drinks!
Things are always done correctly and to the point for clients.
Working here will make you a better consultant.

    Cons

    Lots of onsite.
A complete lack of care for the mental well-being of the consultants sometimes.
Tendancy to hard-line push consultants toward certain things.
Tendancy to push people out of jobs.
    Lots of half finished projects.
Hard line attitude to some issues a major turnoff.
    Inflexibility.

    Advice to Management

The culture at context is fantastic, and it attracts professional and hard working consultants. Don't forget to take care of the ones that you already have!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Context Information Security (London, England (UK)).

    Interview

Applied via email and invited to interview at the London offices. The first interview was a technical interview and involved hands-on practical pentesting and a general CV overview. The follow up interview was with a director and more of a HR/competency type thing. Organisation of both interviews was very good, and they offered to pay travel expenses.

    Interview Questions

    • Had to answer a quiz on a lot of technical specifics which you wouldn't know unless you've had experience with specific software packages.   Answer Question

    Reasons for Declining

    Personal circumstances changed.
