    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at CrossCountry Consulting (United States) in Nov 2022

    Interview

My interview was strange at best. It was done using Skype with someone named Juliana Mastroianni. Her written English was not good so that was a red flag for me. After about a 15 minutes back and forth having me answer questions, she said she'd submit my answers to the team and let me know and to reach out within the hour. I do so and about 30 minutes after that, she said I had the job and sent me an employment agreement. Then she wanted me to submit my DL and SSN to her through skype?!?!? I asked for a face-to-face meeting to which she said she was "multi-tasking" and didn't have time. I called the company and left a couple of messages and NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME and that's where this story ends. I looked up other interviews and saw nothing like this.
    Interview

At the conclusion of my interview, she asked if I wanted to "offer" any additional information like my age, hobby or current income. A very strange question and not legal in the US.
