Pros

Everyone is very friendly. Unlimited PTO. A good effort is made to encourage team bonding. Supportive leadership if you are lucky enough to have good managers/directors/partners in your stream.

Cons

Very disorganized when it comes to immigration support. This is a significant issue. The relocation bonus is too low. Salary is not competitive in comparison to other firms. Not the most exciting

  1. Talent Acquisition Manager Interview

    Difficult Interview
    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CrossCountry Consulting (Boston, MA) in May 2022

    Interview

Was contacted by the current TA manager. Went through a phone call, 4 zoom interviews, and 2 in person meetings - one occasion with two people and the second with three people. Overall I spoke with 9 people. The process was very smooth, the coordinator did a great job. However, I feel that this process was too long with too many people involved. It was an hour commute plus 43 dollars for parking for each in-person meeting. I think they would benefit from a shorter process, or to disqualify candidates sooner.
    Interview

Very informal interviews, most of them were conversational.
