Advice to Management
It might not be possible for technology people who are fully occupied on projects to give time for Firm Initiatives.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (Bhubaneswar) in July 2015.
The entire process consisted of 3 different phases. First was an aptitude test followed by a case study and finally a 1:1 interview.The aptitude test was adaptive . The level of questions varied from very easy to medium. The case study was on creating a predictive model. We were asked to come to a solution and present it . The final round was 1:1 interview which was basically on our skills , approach to solution and academics.
