Un processus honteux - Un premier entretien RH qui se passe normalement (rappel de son parcours, de ses envies, échange concernant le poste...) Un second entretien avec la manager qui se passe bien également - avec un case study à rendre en 3 jours. Après plusieurs heures de travail, je rends mon case study. 2 semaines et demi après mon envoi (!!) la manager me réponds enfin, précisant qu'elle souhaite que je rencontre son N+1 la semaine suivante. Puis, depuis, un message par semaine me disant que le créneau va se caler... Et plus d'un mois après, plus rien.
