    Pros

Benefits, 401k match, and ergonomic work spaces.

    Cons

Favoritism, politics, decision making done all at the top, be prepared to kiss up to your HR leaders. They are not looking for your opinion. There is no work life balance, unless you got your back from Sr management.

    Advice to Management

Care about all employees and diversity of opinion.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Denver Health and Hospital Authority (Denver, CO (US)) in May 2016.

    Interview

I received a call that my application was pulled from their system for this position, which I didn't apply. It was a group/panel interview by the supervisors within the Admissions and Registration department. They all took turns asking questions. I can't really remember. But I remember preparing for it by researching the company which they liked.
