    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Distribution International (Boston, MA) in Oct 2020

    Interview

One step Telephone and then an in person meeting with the Hiring Manager. The meeting was held in a neutral site in a major business hotel. It was a one on one meeting that was "supposed to" lead to a next step with the Hiring Manager's boss. It never did, and apparently the position was offered to, and accepted by an internal candidate. My later follow-up discovered that they try to promote from within, whenever possible.
    Interview

Many "basic" questions on sales styles/ approach, industry knowledge, and organizational/territory management, etc., etc. The company never followed-up/drew closure, or regretted. Even after 2-3 follow-ups. Eventually I got closure 3 months later - see above.
