I have been working at Drax Executive full-time (More than a year)
The business is a market leader, innovating constantly to find new ways in which to
deliver quality content to its clients and continue to grow. Extensive investments in the company have been made to achieve this; an entire team of Software Engineers / Data Analysts / In house psychologist. Line managers and the senior leadership team are are open an receptive to new ideas. There is a concerted effort to develop and grow the culture of the business and on board new joiners. That said, there is already a great, team oriented, office environment.
The company is striving for a "high challenge, high support" ethos and at times, could improve on the support side of this philosophy. Additionally, while the on-boarding process has developed extensively, it could be grown further through the provision of a clear personal development pathway.
Advice to Management
Continue to invest in members of the team and uphold the recently enhanced communication of the business.
