I've worked in the Berry Business for 25 years now....the past 22 with Driscoll's. Driscoll's has a culture that invites, innovation, creativity and a place that feels like home. The environment is caring about all aspects of the business, people and communities we work in. There is tons of support at every level. When issues to come up, they are met with lots of care and a focus to resolve.
Cons
If there are downsizes Driscoll's does all it can to resolve right away to keep the company focused 100% on Mission, Vision and Values
Advice to Management
Keep this Grand Ship moving forward for decades to come so many more millions of people can consume healthy, Fantastic tasting Berries!

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Driscoll’s (Watsonville, CA (US)).
Interview
I met two different people one was the recruiter the other was a manger both interviews went smooth. Manage who interviewed me was very laid back therefore she asked very simple questions. Company motto is family so be yourself they want to make sure you fit their family environment.
