    Customer Service Representative Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Plymouth, England
    Accepted Offer
    Neutral Experience
    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EE (Plymouth, England)

Interview process was easy, split into three stages. First was an online assessment that’s essentially a ‘this or that’ questionnaire to determine your base skills. Second was a thirty minute phone call asking the basic interview and experience-based questions. Third was another phone call but with a team leader, and took between 45 minutes to an hour. They asked similar questions as before but in a lot more depth; also asking more technical- and scenario-based questions. My hiring did take place during Covid so all interview stages may not all be via telephone. I was told that normally they would do role-playing activities, but this was changed due to the current situation.
