Hello fishes, I put my resignation today and asked for the earliest possible LWD, and got 2 days to serve. Next company is also ready to onboard me after 2-3 weeks. How much gap is bad before joining the next company? I have seen big companies checking for career gaps. I had planned to have a small break and relocate to Bengaluru for the next company to settle myself to a new place to stay etc. Now I'm not sure what to do with the 2 day notice period 😂 Before anyone asks yoe-techstack - 3-Mern

Indian recruiters will NEVER move w/o current CTC details. They will always lowball an offer based on the C.CTC - this has been so for years! My Questions: 1. Instead of dodging, is it just better to yield/give up and tell ur current CTC and get done with it? & just decline their low ball offers? 2. To just end the you-first/me-first argument - do you all just tell the CCTC & keep moving? & then handle their silly low-ball offers through counter offers? 3. and Job switch every 2 years then?

IBM after all rounds cleared, HR called me saying that, even they can't provide me CTC what currently i am having, their reasons are too silly to listen. In the very first call when HR called me about my position and expected CTC. Totally waste of out time and thier time. Is it quite Normal in IBM ibm??
