I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Canada)

    Interview

The interview consisted of 2 segments - 30 minutes for technical questions followed by 30 minutes for culture fit type questions. Each segment had 2 interviewers, the technical questions were mostly presented in a conversational manner not as a test. There were no idiotic questions that you often hear about in the news when reading about interviews.
