Genuinely, the only con I can think of is that the roles aren't as high-paying as some others. Obviously, the perks/pros are all great, but at the end of the day the bills can't be paid with those,Advice to Management

There was a long delay after applying before I got an interview invitation, but then it went smoothly. The first interview was with the direct manager for the role and the second interview had the same manager plus their supervisor.They asked me to describe to them a marketing funnel, and give examples of what sorts of content would fit into each stage.
