The average college grad will work for seven different companies throughout their career. Many will move because they are bored, they aren’t being challenged enough, or they don’t feel empowered or connected to the work they are doing.
A career at Epsilon offers you something different. Ask any of our recent grads, boredom is never a feeling you will encounter at Epsilon. From day one, new hires are challenged to think and contribute. Here, you are in charge of your own career path. You’ll get to learn from and work with great people, partner with some of the biggest companies in the world, and see your work displayed in your every-day life.
Everyone who works here strives for excellence, every single day. That’s the number one thing we ask of all our associates. If you’re crazily talented and love what you do, there’s probably a place for you here.
But we know being brilliant is hard if you’re not happy. So our other values make Epsilon a really enjoyable place to work:
• We’re inclusive
• We’re accessible
• We’re transparent
• We’re responsible
• We’re dedicated
• We’re friendly
• We’re fun

Advice to Management
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Epsilon (Bengaluru).
I had applied for on-campus placement via the placement cell from my college.
We first had an online aptitude test; general aptitude questions based on verbal, logical and analytical skills. [No coding questions were asked].
Then we had a GD [General Discussion round]. The topic given was "E-Commerce trend in the market for online shopping - A good thing or a bad thing?"
Then we had the technical interview where I was asked questions based on my projects mentioned in my resume followed by some general HR questions.
Finally I was called in for the HR round which was basic HR questions like "Tell me about yourself, Why this company, Your hobbies, Strengths/Weaknesses, etc"
Basically if you clear Technical round, you are most likely guaranteed a job.
