I have been working at Everest Home Improvements full-time
Lots of challenges make each day go very quickly. Newly developed dashboard to aid operations
Excessively long hours. Complicated pay structure for installers. Installer fees could be improved to attract better installers and keep current good ones happy.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Everest Home Improvements.
1 HR and 3 Technical, Telephonic, Case study, guesstimate, HR round is basic, however the technical ones are quite tricky... Preparation is required. They do telephonic interviews and give you a quite real time case study as if you are discussing a problem with some client. Some of the people known to me were also asked simple guestimate questions too.
Everest feels passionately about nurturing young talent which is why we decided to launch a Youth Apprenticeship Scheme in April last year.
The aim is to inspire young people between the ages of 16-24 to explore a career in the Home Improvements Sector and gain practical skills to help them get ahead in the job market. Below is Kelvin McKenzie success story. If you or someone you know is interested in becoming an apprentice at Everest please contact Morveline at email@example.com.
Everest has a strong history of supporting local activities, as it brings the company and the community together. When the opportunity arose to sponsor Medway Ladies Rugby Team... we were certainly interested. The club is getting more established by the day and several players have even gone on to play for England or Scotland, so it is an honour for Everest to be part of their success. The new sponsorship is already making a huge difference to the club as we have now replaced their old and tired kits to brand new ones. We wish them good luck and we are very excited to see how they progress through the season.
