Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at F-Secure (Helsinki, Southern Finland (Finland)).
Interview
My application process to F-secure consisted of 3 rounds and I was always informed about the development of the process.
During the first interview I met with a few members of my future team and it was both technical and nontechnical.
Second round was doing a homework about implementing an application in one weeks time.
I got detailed feedback about the homework I did.
Last meeting was HR meeting and we agreed about the contract.
Interview Questions
