Health insurance is good, fun projects, cool concept

The main problem now is new ownership. The new owner is extremely toxic, rude, treats team members with little to no respect and is incredibly unprofessional.
He believes as CEO its acceptable to berate team members during conference calls, swearing, belittling and then apologizing later like an abusive partner.
The owner also admitted to dialing into meetings secretly due to paranoia, so he can listen-in on meetings without team members knowing he is present on calls.

The new COO takes zero responsibility for her job and her mistakes, and does almost nothing day to day (aside from delegating her tasks to others.)

The PTO policy is terrible: 3.2 hours every two weeks— which began when new leadership took over. So during a pandemic, after a month, team members hadn’t even accrued one full paid day off. And ANY existing banked PTO was wiped. People who had been at the company for 1 to 10+ years started over at zero with no compensation for their earned PTO that was stripped.

The company has been gutted; there are less than 10 people left at the company and every department has been outsourced.
Leadership then cut the remaining team members' salaries by 10% to 20% and said it was "temporary.”
The team was told they would be “30-45 day” pay cuts; the cuts are going on for almost 6 months with no explanation or time-line given to team members.
When team members finally asked when they would see their pay restored, they were fired.

The company is destroyed. There is no semblance of culture left, the atmosphere is incredibly toxic and negative. Team members are afraid to speak up for fear of being fired or berated.

Sad ending to a once great place to work.

    Average Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FATHEAD in March 2018.

Initial phone call and then brought in for an in person with marketing leader. Marketing leader explained honestly that there had been leader turn over over the past few years. Seemed new to the company, which made it seem like he was reluctantly coming back to the company. Wasn't actually sure he even wanted to hire for the role, or knew what he wanted for the role at all.
