InterviewI connected with FRONTSTEPS via a recruiter for the open Manager, Customer Role in October of 2020. After a very thorough phone interview with the recruiter I moved on to a Zoom interview with the hiring manager (COO). The COO interview was conversational and focused on the discipline of Customer Success. The interviewer was transparent as to the current state of customer success at FRONTSTEPS and the reasons a Manager, Customer Success was needed within the organization.
