    Pros

Benefits. I can't even say the pay. Pay was just okay, not good, but not bad. Liveable wage.

    Cons

There is no support system or camaraderie. Entirely too large of a workload especially when someone leaves and those duties get absorbed by someone else in addition to their own duties with no relief. There's no job growth unless you intend to transfer to another company within Amazon. I second the favoritism comment. It's just all unfortunate. There was a lot of hope that this company would turn around and be a great place to work but it chose to focus on numbers instead of people.

    Advice to Management

If you don't start caring about the people who work for you, you're doomed to fail. If people feel appreciated, they'll give you all they got without being pressured and burnt out.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fabric.com (Kennesaw, GA (US)) in January 2017.

    Interview

Interview process was a series of three interviews with 6 people (2 in each interview round)
Scenario and situational questions so be prepared to give real life work experience examples to justify answers.

    Interview Questions

    • Not really a most difficult question I can think of. Just remember the process requiring me to be very detailed about my work experiences as it related to the role I was applying for.   Answer Question
