Hi All, My sister has cleared all the rounds in Accenture. HR contacted her today to negotiate the salary. My sister asked for 8LPA FP. HR said the max fixed pay they could offer is 7.5LPA. My sister told she would think and get back in few minutes. Within 5 minutes, HR moved the candidature status to “on hold” due to budget constraints. None of the HRs are answering the calls. What can i expect? TIA I am feeling worse as i advised my sister to tell HR that she would get back. :(

The managers do not micromanage. The company is growing rapidly and will soon be a leader in their space. The co-founders are extremely hard workers and have a clear vision where they want to see

Advice to Management

Please ensure a biweekly informal meeting with all employees/colleagues of the same team so that each person feels like they are culturally in sync with the organisation.

    The process was pretty straightforward. Three stages of interviews one Google Form to be filled, an interview with the reporting manager and then the CEO. Spoke through my experience in Technology and Operations with a focus on my leadership skill.

Proud to be a part of an organization wherein I believe the right decisions were taken & implemented without the need for validating if other organizations were/are doing the same. •Policies for #WFH were rolled out well ahead of time. Employees were asked to return home with all the precautionary measures ahead of the lockdowns. •Business teams were mandated not to have f2f meetings with customers or partners. •Mandate stood strong even though it resulted in the cancellation of several flights & bookings which were further coupled with escalations. Employee safety was not compromised for business at any cost. •Special insurance coverage was rolled out for all employees & family to cover #Covid19 related treatment, medication along with related cash benefits. •Quotas for the business team were dropped. Commercials were parked aside and our consultants worked overtime with Finance depts to ensure #FinanceTeams can work from home & remain productive using our tools.

Today marks the completion of your first year at Finly and we are so happy to have you here. The way you carry out your work shows the passion and dedication towards your work which is commendable. Arjun keeps the customer in mind and displays high levels of curiosity helping him understand the use case and the need for whatever is being built, better. This is an important attribute for an engineer, which is to understand the value being added to the end-user by what is being developed.
