Pros
1. Provides one with a plethora of learning opportunities.
2. Right from the staff to the founder himself, everyone is concerned about the
right growth of its employees.
3. Flexible Timings.
Cons
There are none, to be real honest.

Application
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Firstventure Corporation (Mumbai) in November 2018.
Interview
For me the interview didn't went well as thought.. I was not prepared for the written test at all that was going to happen...The process started at 10:00.. I was given a sheet with 20 questions they were very easy actually ....but I scored too less according to them ...but the interviewers were honest and didn't waste a lot of my time like others do so I was ok but upset coz I didn't perform well according to them.
