Focus on talent retention
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Flipkart in August 2014.
The first round was an online test.
The test was a coding round, we had only 2 questions and we were supposed to write the code.
The questions were easy but the code has to be highly optimized since the compilation time of the code is also considered
Flipkart was awarded with Gold Trophy in the Social Learning Category at the TISS – LeapVault CLO Awards 2017.
The award is a testament to the eco-system that different functions have created within Flipkart for blending in social approaches to learning.
