Great culture, earning potential, and growth opportunities. Probably one of the best opportunities for growth and earning among young professionals if you stick it out.
If you want an easy 9am-5pm job where you are not expected to exert that much effort or work hard, this isn't the place for you. This is a hard job, as is any sales role, but if you are willing to give it your all and give it time, then you will see success. It just may not happen as quickly as you want it to.
Advice to Management
Continue to listen to your staff. Really positive changes have been made over the past year which have led to happier employees. The emphasis on a better work life balance (especially in NY) has definitely been well received.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Frank Recruitment Group (Berlin (Germany)) in April 2018.
Was contacted rather quickly after sending my application (same day) to arrange for an initial phone screening. The person calling was very nice, yet straightforward and direct.
Emphasis throughout the phone interview was on selling a candidate to a client company or vice versa, including cold-calling. The atmosphere throughout the call signalled to me that this would be a very fast-paced, no nonsense environment, focused entirely on making money.
Unfortunately, I did not see a learning opportunity as a Recruiter based on the interview. That’s not so much the company’s fault as it just didn’t agree with my personal goals. When I was asked if I would like to proceed, I ultimately declined to continue.
Regardless, I wish them the best of luck and success moving forward, and I appreciate the fast responses I got.
Last week our Chief Marketing Officer, Kashif Naqshbandi and our Head of Business Change, Michael Jones-Leake attended the 9th annual Sunday Times HSBC International Track awards dinner. The league shows Britain's private companies with the fastest-growing international sales and Frank Recruitment Group came in 86th place. Brilliant effort!!
