Frazer is a growing company with competitive pay. The number one reason people leave jobs is problems with their supervisor. Not here! All the managers are wonderful people and everyone has an open door policy, even the owner.

The only con was the driving distance for me. Like most places, you get back what you give and Frazer was good to me.

    Advice to Management

Keep on doing what you're doing and strive to take Frazer all the way to the top. Rewarding terrific employees and weeding out the bad ones. Continue making processes and planning with each other to stream line the building process.

    Recruiter Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Houston, TX (US)
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Frazer (Houston, TX (US)) in February 2020.

This is for the Recruiter/Trainer Position. The process is very old school. Typical culture survey and application. The recruiter calls to screen you with very standard questions. From there, they move fast. I was called in the afternoon and asked to be there in the morning at 7am. Which the front desk arrived right at 7:00am and was a complete mess. Did not start me on the math and computer testing until 35 minutes of me being there. I was provided a link to fill out a formal application which did not work even when I copy and pasted it. They have you take an assessment on a mini laptop in the front lobby. They don't offer you a desk or comfortable place to type. I had to complete the application at location which delayed me getting to my other appointment on time. I had a panel interview with a mix of higher level and mid level employees and it was pretty typical. I was over the process, once I saw how unorganized the establishment was. They use spreadsheets for recruiting and their systems and processes seem extremely outdated. So, I just gave a minimal interview and kindly sent an email to withdrawal my application. I can guarantee they will not draw quality candidates with their current processes. It seems the panel has a bad guy and good guy psychology as the recruiter was attempting to play the antagonistic role while the President was allot more relaxed and natural.

    Interview Questions

    • Do you have a problem with being wrong? What do you suck at? Tell me about yourself? What are your hobbies outside of work? Questions, specific to job role and processes? Why do you want this job? Tell me why you would be the best candidate for the job?   2 Answers
