I have been working at GE full-time

    Pros

If you’re hungry for an opportunity to do something extraordinary then this the place

    Cons

Lots of time goes in meeting.
Lot of discussion just on user requirement clarity without finalizing it which is waste of time for the team.

    Advice to Management

Don't play blame game with team. Try to fix the root cause from higher level

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GE (Bengaluru).

    Interview

I was interviewed for a scrum master position for Blr.
The interview process was bad, the interviewers were quite arrogant and I felt they didnt know basics of agile where you listen out to the other person and show respect to their expiriences and thoughts.
So overall had a bad experience interviewing for them.
