Pros

Great people, competitive salaries. Many program managers, supervisors, and directors have a technical background and are very smart.

Cons

Managers are often hands off. The just give you a task and let you run with it. I like this, but some people want to be told exactly what to do all the time.

Advice to Management

Don't let the high achievers leave! Easier said than done though.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at General Atomics (United States)

    Interview

Very lengthy process, was interviewing from 7am - 2pm. The team was very friendly and the questions were not too difficult. They weren't very organized with their assessment however, they had two assessments ready and asked me to pick because they weren't sure which to give me.
    Interview

They asked me to write an algorithm (white board) that found all of the possible paths in a 4×4 array starting from the top left and only able to move right or down.
