    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Glencore (Mumbai) in August 2017.

    Interview

The hiring is done through a consultant, called for interviews twice to their office in Mumbai. Was interviewed by their 3 functional heads, HR, Finance, Commodity head and finally by the CEO.
The interviews were normal, not so difficult. After all the interviews and offering me a role, they took back the offer.
    Very bad experience.
Kindly discuss all the things before the Interview itself, they offered me a pay and the role then rescinded on the offer saying they are getting someone at a lower pay.
They don't pay for the Uber bills for coming to their offices. Only flights are paid. Very petty/unusual policy.
