    professional company, transparent , follows a systematic process and procedures.
    You get to learn a lot about recruitment process here.

    You must be really passionate about recruitments to be here and serious about work.

    Advice to Management

    I feel they are trying to make it a truly professional company wherein efforts are also being taken into account.
    Although certain areas can be improved like organizing office trips, events and outing.

    very good, i had a decent experience, my queries were handled well with senior HR and guided each step & follow up was good. so overall nice experience.
    Process is well structured , you fill a pre screening form, skype round , and then sharing business plan .
