The recruiter emailed me to schedule an interview. They also asked me to respond back with answers to specific questions that would normally be asked during an interview. I sent my answers and never heard back. I got the sense that the email was taking the place of a recruiter screening. The questions were also strangely formatted, with an abundance of spelling errors, random paragraph spacing, and sporadic bullet points.
