I came back once I had reviewed all the positive changes that have incurred. I am sure though as a new associate that they would want to know what your experience in sales are. However, I do know they are not opposed to hiring anyone who has no sales experience. They just want to make sure that you are trainable and coachable, that you listen, can follow rules, be on time, be reliable.
