    Southern California Edison hired me right out of college and I have been there ever since. That's about 30 years now and though that sounds like a really long time, there haven't been many dull moments. Having already seen the successful implementation of two chapters in Australia in 2015 and then in 2017, we are set to launch maiden chapters for the program in Sweden and the US in this year.

    Interview process is good. There are three rounds, online, face to face technical and hr. Online round is also technical, specific to your domain knowledge. Next is face to face. Where your expertise to a specific device has been checked. Last is hr, it's for salary negotiation.
