    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at HOCHTIEF (Chennai) in May 2017.

    Interview

There were three rounds of interview:

    1. Telephonic : HR Round
    2. Skype : With the Managing Director
    3. Face to face : Final round of interview at the head office with the Managing Director

In the HR Round, questions were asked in order to assess the candidates communication skills, knowledge in the skills mentioned in the resume, personal information etc.

Second and third round consisted of very interactive rounds with the Managing Director. More than assessing the technical or knowledge skills of the candidates, questions were asked to assess the capability and willing=ness of the candidate to perform the tasks for the mentioned job.

    Interview Questions

    • Whether I will be able to take up risks, work in remote places, communicate with foreign clients, promote company across the globe and the willingness to work on a longer duration.   1 Answer
