I have been working at Haines Watts full-time (More than a year)
Management believes in the company and the employees and wants everyone to do well and improve all the time. The office "vibe" is always good and there is a family atmosphere
There are a few gossip mongers, but that's to be expected in every company; and sometimes there is possibly too much work on your plate at one time.
Advice to Management
Ensure you spend the time needed to help employees grow, we know the company is growing fast but don't leave the employees wanting.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Haines Watts (London, England (UK)).
Standard interview with an audit manager and a partner. Talked about my previous assignments, clients, sectors etc. Asked how I was finding the ACA exams, why I was looking at HW, and what I knew about HW and the services they offered.
