    Nearly impossible to identify a pro.

    Cons

    The culture is not good. Constant closed door gossip sessions, immature behavior, vulgar language and complete disregard for the privacy of others. They do a good job of selling their culture, but once you settle in it's clear as day that senior management in nearly every one of their locations is only concerned with getting a new title and bigger paycheck. There is an abundance of arrogance in the management ranks, and there are favored employees who engage in inappropriate relationships with managers. If you thrive in an environment of vulgarity, and aren't interested in becoming a better person and professional, enjoy office politics and find pleasure in watching your coworkers get picked to death and sexually propositioned by the corporate staff and management, then this is the place for you.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of the clicks. You can't successfully keep operating a business on emotions.
