Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Samir began his career as a software engineer at National Instruments, followed by several years in management roles at Microsoft Corporation after his MBA. He was appointed CEO of Disha Technologies in 2003, where he grew the business five-fold and managed its acquisition by Aztecsoft in 2005. In early 2007, he was appointed CEO of Aztecsoft and successfully guided the company to become the fastest-growing publicly traded mid-cap IT services company. In 2009, he helped finalize Aztecsoft’s acquisition by MindTree.
Samir received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
Samir is a golf addict to the annoyance of his family. When not playing golf, he reads books about golf. And when not reading about golf, he contributes to the local community as a Board Member of the Seattle Chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) and as a trustee of the Lakeside School.
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Monish has more than 20 years of experience in application and systems software development and the architecting of enterprise distributed systems. He co-founded Websym Technologies in 1998. He also set up and headed the India R&D operation of Storability, an enterprise storage management startup from Boston. Storability was eventually acquired by Sun Microsystems, after which Monish founded and led the India R&D of BladeLogic, helping build a highly scalable enterprise platform for server management in the data center. BladeLogic was acquired by BMC Software after a successful IPO, and Monish contributed to BMC’s cloud management vision, laying the foundation for some of the early pioneering work on cloud resource management and provisioning. He is also the co-inventor of two patents in this area.
Monish has a BE in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida.
In his spare time, Monish is a self-proclaimed ““gadget freak” and “gamer.” He loves his Xbox Kinect and PS3 Move systems (he just outgrew the Wii a few months ago) and often claims that video games keep him fit! His other interests are Formula 1 and reading. He is a sci-fi aficionado and loves Isaac Asimov.
Executive Vice President, Global Sales
Anand brings with him over 25 years of global sales experience. He spent his early professional career at Tata Unisys and then with Digital Equipment India. He moved to the U.S. in 1999 and worked for Atos Origin running sales for their central region in the U.S. After returning to India, Anand was President of APAC for Triple Point. He was instrumental in leading the significant growth of Triple Point in the APAC region and development center in Pune, India.
His last role before joining Icertis was Vice President of Sales for Europe and APAC for KPIT Cummins. In addition to getting sales in the regions, he was also responsible for driving revenue of the Enterprise Consulting group of KPIT Cummins across the globe. During his tenure he doubled the revenue for the enterprise consulting group for KPIT.
Anand is a graduate in Electronics from Nagpur University. In his spare time, he is an avid motorcyclist and you will find him riding his 1948 rebuilt Bullet on weekend mornings. He says, “When I am on my bike, I am 18 again.”
Chief Financial Officer
Dan brings to Icertis over 20 years of experience in all aspects of accounting and financial management. He has extensive expertise in building sound financial infrastructures and managing growth in both emerging and established companies.
Most recently, Dan was CFO of Blue Box, a hosted private cloud company that he helped lead to a successful exit (sold to IBM). Before that, he served as the CFO for two global digital marketing agencies, POSSIBLE and ZAAZ. He has also worked in various finance roles at Intel and Starbucks, and co-founded a startup called ServiceStop.com.
Dan earned his MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business and BA from the University of Puget Sound. He currently serves as an MBA Mentor for the Foster School of Business as well.Raised in Alaska, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, skiing and mountain climbing (he’s even climbed Mount Rainier and the Grand Teton!). He lives in Seattle with his wife and two kids.

Keep up the good work. Try to become more process oriented!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Icertis (Pune) in May 2018.
Online & then after clearing HR called 1 week later and said it will be 1 day process. I went for interview and it interviewer said you will have next round next weeks. His feedback was positive. HR did not reply then for 3 weeks then got mail saying not selected. What a pathetic HR and process. They hire only their friends and relatives.
